Video visits at Reception Diagnostic Center follow the same general rules as in-person visitation, with one difference: some dress standards that matter at the front door don't apply on camera. You're still expected to meet the video-visit dress standards, though. Take a minute to check your clothing before you log in.

  • Wear a shirt or blouse.
  • Wear bottoms (pants or shorts) or a dress.
  • Wear appropriate undergarments.

Reminder: Do not wear clothing that is worn out, torn (holes), transparent, or frayed enough that your undergarments are visible.

Hats and other head coverings are not permitted during video visits. The one exception: head coverings required by your religious beliefs are allowed.
