Each visit allows up to two visitors. Keep that cap in mind if you're planning to bring someone along. Showing up with a larger group means someone will be turned away.

Since all visits here are video visits, keep in mind that an inmate can lose visiting privileges entirely. If they're on loss of privileges, they can't receive any visits, even if they haven't used their two for the week.

2. Ask the right question - Confirm the inmate’s visiting status (including whether they are on loss of privileges) so you don’t waste one of the visit windows.
3. Use the same number for related issues - That phone line is also used for questions about communicating with an inmate, mailing, and posting money to an inmate account.

Anyone entering Reno County Correctional Facility is subject to search. The only items you can bring into the visitation room are your photo ID and your keys. Leave everything else secured. Lockers are available in the lobby for anything you can't take in with you.
