Your video visit connection details show up in two reliable places. First, check the automated confirmation email you received when the visit was scheduled. That email includes the video visit URL, plus the Meeting ID and password you'll need if you're joining from the Zoom app. Second, log into your IVS visitor account. Look under your upcoming visits, where the system lists the "Video Call URL" for the session. If clicking the link isn't working, you can join by entering the Meeting ID and password directly in the Zoom Meeting app. Just make sure you're using the credentials from that confirmation email.

1. Open your visit link - Click the “Video Call URL” in your IVS account under upcoming visits, or click the URL in your automated confirmation email.
