Phone Calls and Electronic Messages to Robertson County Jail Inmates (NCIC): Setup, Fees, and Blocking

To receive phone calls from someone at Robertson County Jail, start by creating an account with NCIC Inmate Communications. Once you're set up, the inmate can call you through the NCIC system.

Want to accept collect calls on a cell phone? NCIC offers a Prepaid Collect Account tied to your phone number. You add funds, and those funds cover incoming calls from the inmate.

One thing to know: when you load money onto a phone-number-based prepaid collect account, those funds can only be used for calls to phone numbers you authorize. This gives you control over how the balance gets spent.

Exact calling times depend on the jail's schedule. NCIC notes that phone availability is set by the facility, but inmates generally have access between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm.

Robertson County Jail also uses NCIC for electronic messaging. Through NCIC Inmate Messaging, you can send text messages, photos, and documents to an inmate.

Text messages cost $0.25 each.

Photos and documents cost $0.35 per attachment.
