Request and confirm a video visit at Robinson CI
A submitted video-visit request at Robinson Correctional Institution is not a scheduled visit. Your visit is scheduled only when you receive confirmation from the facility. This guide also covers what happens after a housing move.
Robinson CI's official page displays a notice that social visits, including video visits, are currently unavailable, alongside dated visiting schedules. Confirm current video-visit availability with the facility before using the request instructions below. When video visits are available, you request one through Robinson CI’s Visit Request Form.
Before you fill out the video visit request form, you must be on the approved, active visiting list.
- Confirm that you are on the approved, active visiting list.
- Complete the facility’s Visit Request Form to request your video visit.
Submitting the form does not schedule your visit. The video visit is scheduled only once you receive confirmation from the facility.
- Check your email for confirmation from the facility.
- Check your junk-mail folder for confirmations and other visit-related emails.
Visits are scheduled according to the incarcerated person’s housing location. If the person you are visiting moves to another housing location, the visit is cancelled and must be rescheduled. The incarcerated person is responsible for notifying you that rescheduling is needed.
