Before You Visit Rock Island County Jail: Visitor list, ID rules, 30-minute visits, and who to call

The visitor list starts with the inmate. When someone is booked into Rock Island County Jail, they get a Visitor Registration Form and can list up to five people. Minors under 18 don't count toward that limit.

Here's the catch: that list can only be changed on the first day of each month. If your loved one already has five visitors listed and wants to add you, they'll need to remove someone first.

Bring a valid photo ID if you're 18 or older. No ID, no visit - staff won't make exceptions.
