SCI Rockview handles both in-person and video visitation through the Pennsylvania DOC Inmate Visitation System (IVS). You'll need a Keystone login for identity verification to schedule and join visits. Professional visitors must call the Superintendent's Assistant to get added to IVS and schedule their visit. Have a valid email ready—connection details and cancellation notices go there automatically. For video visits, professional visitors can join up to five minutes before the scheduled start time. Security is tight for in-person visits: lock your vehicle (it may be searched), and every visitor—including children—goes through a search and metal detector. There's no public waiting area, so anyone not visiting needs to leave the grounds.

Video visits at SCI Rockview run through Zoom. Use the facility's meeting link, click "Launch Meeting," and enter your name or email—the Meeting ID auto-populates. Joining from Android? SCI Rockview accepts mailed money orders through JPay. The deposit form must include a valid email or mailing address—JPay won't process payments without one. Don't include letters or notes in the envelope; anything extra gets discarded.
