Sending Money by Mail to Roxbury C.I.: Step-by-Step Instructions and Addresses
Prefer sending a check or money order over paying online or by phone? Mail works. GTL's ConnectNetwork system accepts checks and money orders via U.S. Postal Service for specific services and facilities - though what's available varies by location.
Keep in mind: even after your mailed deposit is processed, when the funds become available depends on the facility's policies. Before mailing anything, check Roxbury C.I.'s ConnectNetwork instructions to confirm you're using the right deposit type and following any Roxbury-specific rules.
Sending an AdvancePay payment by mail? The payee line matters. Make your check or money order payable to "AdvancePay Service Department."
Write your AdvancePay account number on the payment. This is how ConnectNetwork routes the funds to the correct account.
For PIN Debit deposits, include the incarcerated person's name or ID and the facility name with your check or money order. These details link the payment to the right person and location.
Note: Depositing by phone instead? Have your account number, facility name, inmate details, and payment info ready. For Trust Fund or PIN Debit deposits, you may also need the facility "Site ID" - listed on the facility's ConnectNetwork page.
For GTL, DSI, and PCS AdvancePay accounts, mail your payment to: AdvancePay Service Department 1722 PO BOX 209722 DALLAS, TX 75320-9722
For other VAC AdvancePay accounts, mail your payment to: VAC Dept 2430 P.O. Box 2430 Dallas, TX 75312-2430
Once your envelope reaches the lockbox, mailed deposits are typically processed the next business day. Weekends and holidays can slow things down, so expect some lag depending on when the mail arrives.
"Processed" doesn't always mean "available to spend." Roxbury C.I.'s policies control when funds can actually be used. Factor in USPS transit time too - especially if you're mailing from out of state - before expecting the deposit to appear.
