All visits are scheduled video visits lasting up to 1 hour (they end automatically when time's up). Each inmate gets two one-hour visits per week, so plan your time slots carefully.

  1. Create your GettingOut account (one-time registration) - Use GettingOut on the web or the mobile app and complete the account setup. You have to do this once before you’ll be able to access visit scheduling.
  2. Go to Contacts and start the visit workflow - After you’re logged in, follow the path the jail uses for scheduling: Contacts → Add inmate → Schedule Visit.

In GettingOut, open the Contacts tab and add the person you want to visit. Select
