All visits at San Francisco County Jail #2 and the SFGH ward are scheduled online. Sign-ups open at 9:00 a.m. the day before you want to visit. CJ#2 uses fixed 30‑minute time slots: mornings run 9:20–9:50, 10:00–10:30, and 10:40–11:10; afternoons run 12:20–12:50, 1:00–1:30, and 1:40–2:10. Bring an unexpired government‑issued photo ID—without acceptable ID, your visit may be denied. Expect to be searched entering and leaving jail property.
