Setting Up a Phone Account and Blocking Calls from San Luis Obispo County Jail
If your loved one is at San Luis Obispo County Jail, calls come through as either collect or billed to an NCIC advance-pay account. Here's how to set that up—and how to block calls if you need to.
Inmates at San Luis Obispo County Jail can only make outgoing calls - either collect or through an automated advance-pay system. You won't receive calls unless your phone accepts collect billing or you've set up an advance-pay account with the jail's phone provider.
For advance-pay calls, you'll need an NCIC account. Register online at https://account.ncic.com/Registration. Once it's set up, calls from the jail will connect and bill through NCIC automatically.
