Notification Checklist: What You Can Ask to Be Told About in San Saba County Cases
Want updates on a San Saba County case? The easiest way to request them is by marking the YES/NO boxes on the Confidential Information Sheet.
The Confidential Information Sheet is where your notification choices get recorded. It's simple: each type of update has a YES/NO checkbox, so you can clearly mark what you want to hear about.
Need help with the form? You can contact San Saba County’s Victim Assistance Coordinator, Jennifer Fleming, at the San Saba County Attorney’s Office, 500 East Wallace, Suite 203, San Saba, TX 76877. Phone: 325-372-3747; Fax: 325-372-5653; Email: victimcoord@co.san-saba.tx.us.
Check YES on the Confidential Information Sheet to receive notice about court proceedings, including appeals. You'll also be told if a scheduled hearing gets canceled or rescheduled - so you won't show up on the wrong day.
Want updates about probation? The form asks whether you'd like to know if the defendant is placed on community supervision. Mark YES or NO.
If the defendant goes to prison (Texas Department of Criminal Justice), you get a separate choice about parole and release notifications. Select YES to be notified when the defendant is being considered for parole or release, or NO to skip those updates.
