How to Contact an Inmate at Santa Rosa County Jail

Santa Rosa County Jail scans all incoming personal mail electronically (policy effective 4/12/2021). Your original letter gets destroyed, and the inmate receives a scanned copy on the in-dorm GTL tablets. Electronic delivery happens Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. So if you send something near a weekend or holiday, expect a delay.

Address mail using the inmate’s full name. Use this format: Santa Rosa County Jail C/O *INMATE FULL NAME*, 5755 E. Milton Road, Milton, FL 32583.

Keep letters to standard paper size only (8.5" x 11"). Do not mail cash or personal checks. Money in any form is considered contraband and will not be delivered to the inmate.

GTL handles phone-related billing and customer service at 1-877-650-4249. To add money for phone service, call the DSI/GTL Advance Pay automated line at 800-483-8314, or use the OffenderConnect website. For commissary and phone account deposits, the facility uses TouchPay. You can deposit at a TouchPay kiosk or online. You'll need the facility locator number 232501. Visa, MasterCard, and debit cards are accepted (fees apply).
