The lobby kiosk is in the front of the Main Sheriff's Office. You can use it to add money to an inmate's commissary or phone account, and it takes both cash and credit/debit cards. Can't make it in person? The same system is available online through TouchPay - no trip to the lobby required.

Quick help: For TouchPay/kiosk assistance, call 1-866-232-1899.

For online deposits, head to TouchPay and use their

When TouchPay asks you to identify the facility, enter this locator number: 232501. Getting this right ensures your money goes to the correct place.

Two jail fees affect how much actually lands in the account. There's a $20.00 booking fee charged when someone is booked in. On top of that, inmates pay a $2.00 per day subsistence fee. One exception: if they're assigned as an inmate worker, that daily fee is waived for the duration of the assignment.

Why your deposit might be split: If the inmate’s account has a negative balance when you deposit money, 50% of the deposit goes toward the negative balance and the other 50% is available for commissary/phone orders.

TouchPay charges transaction fees, so you'll pay more than the deposit amount itself. Want a receipt? Enter your email address during checkout and they'll send one over.

  • Use TouchPay “smart deposit” from a home computer when you can’t make it to the lobby kiosk

Privacy note: TouchPay/Telmate had a data exposure incident back in August 2020. If you use online deposits, keep tabs on your payment accounts and hang onto your receipts.
