Scheduling and Cancelling Attorney Visits at Santa Rosa County Jail: Email Requests, What to Include, and Emergency Visits

Email JailAttorneyVisit@srso.net to request an attorney visit. Submit your request at least 24 hours before your preferred visit time, and make sure you send it during normal business hours.

• ✓ Your client’s full name
• ✓ The requested date and time for the visit
• ✓ Your contact information (email address if different from the sending address, and a phone number)
• ✓ The type of visit (in person or by telephone)

Planning to bring a laptop, cell phone, or recorder to an in-person visit? List these items in your email request so staff can prepare. Also specify whether you're requesting an in-person or telephone visit.

For in-person visits, check in at the front lobby window. Bring your identification and credentials - staff will verify everything and get the room ready.

Need to cancel? Call (850) 983-1150 or (850) 983-1177 during normal business hours. Give at least one hour's notice before your scheduled visit if possible.

Outside business hours, call (850) 983-1120 for cancellations or urgent contact.

For emergency visits that can't wait for standard scheduling, call (850) 983-1120 or go directly to the front lobby. Explain that you need an emergency visit with a client and provide the required details. A supervisor will contact you with confirmation.
