How to Contact an Inmate at SCI Cambridge Springs (PA)

Pennsylvania DOC uses the Inmate Visitation System (IVS) for video visits. To join, log into your IVS account and select the Video Call URL. You can also use the visit details emailed to you, which will include either a direct link or Zoom meeting credentials.

To deposit money for someone incarcerated in a Pennsylvania state prison, use JPay. You can send funds through the JPay website, by phone at 800-574-5729, by mailing a money order to JPay, or (where available) at lobby kiosks. If anyone asks you to send money through a different method, don't do it.

1. Check your email for the visit details. A scheduled video visit may be sent to you as a clickable URL, or as a Zoom meeting ID and password.
2. Join through IVS (if you use the portal). Log into your PA DOC IVS account and select the Video Call URL.
3. Join through the emailed link (if provided). Click the URL that was emailed to you and follow the prompts to enter the meeting.
4. Join through the Zoom app (if you received credentials). Open Zoom on your phone or computer, then enter the meeting ID and password from the email.
