How to Schedule Your First Visit at SCI Waymart (Keystone / IVVS)

SCI Waymart offers both in-person and video visits. Both types are scheduled through the same portal: the Pennsylvania Inmate Visitation System (IVVS), which uses Keystone Login. You can't just show up and hope for a slot - everything goes through IVVS/Keystone.

1. Create your Keystone Login - Set up your Keystone account first, since IVVS uses Keystone Login to verify your identity.
2. Sign in to IVVS using Keystone - Once you have Keystone credentials, use them to log in to the Inmate Visitation System.
3. Use “Forgot Password” if you’re locked out - If you can’t get in, reset your password through the Keystone/IVVS sign-in options rather than creating a duplicate account.
4. Get the right help for the right problem - If you’re having trouble with the Inmate Visitation System itself, start by contacting the facility where your loved one is housed. Keystone support is for Keystone login issues, not visitation approvals or scheduling rules.

Anyone 18 or older must create their own Keystone/IVVS account to schedule visits. Minors don't need separate accounts - a parent or legal guardian adds the child under their own account so the minor can be included in the visit.

• ✓ Make sure a completed DC-313 form is on file for any child who will participate

You can't schedule a visit last-minute at SCI Waymart. All in-person and video visits must be booked through IVVS at least 3 days in advance. There's also a cap on how far ahead you can plan: IVVS won't let you book more than 60 days out. If you're trying to schedule farther than that, you'll need to wait until you're inside the booking window.

Before you can add an inmate in IVVS or schedule anything, you must already be on that inmate's authorized visitors list. If the system won't let you add your loved one, check whether you've been approved for visitation on their end first - IVVS validates against that list.

Bringing a child? Don't skip the paperwork. A completed DC-313 must be on file for any children participating. Without it, you may not be able to add the inmate to your account for a child's visit - or schedule the child to attend - even if you're an authorized adult visitor.
