If you mail a money order, include a deposit slip (available in visiting rooms) with the inmate's ID, the inmate's full name, and your name and address. Don't include letters, notes, or other enclosures—they'll be discarded. JPay posts a receipt when funds arrive. The inmate gets a monthly account statement showing deposits and transactions, so you can confirm delivery.
