Sing Sing Correctional Facility holds visitation on weekends from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The facility's visitation week runs Thursday through Wednesday. Weekend visits follow a rotating odd/even schedule based on the last digit(s) of the incarcerated person's DIN—the official 2026 schedule lists which DIN digits can visit on each day and highlights holidays. Each incarcerated person is allowed one non-legal visit per week, with a maximum of one non-legal visit per day if space allows. Up to three visitors can attend, plus one child under age five who must sit on an adult's lap. When the visiting room gets crowded, staff may ask for voluntary terminations. After three hours, visits may be ended on a first-in, first-out basis, with certain priority considerations.
