How to Send Money to Someone at Skyline Correctional Center

For Skyline Correctional Center and other Colorado DOC facilities, online trust/commissary deposits go through ConnectNetwork (also known as TouchPay/GTL). TouchPay Holdings, LLC operates the system under the GTL Financial Services name. When you deposit online, this is the platform you'll use.

Looking to send a care package instead? That's a separate process. Colorado DOC only allows monthly care packages through Union Supply - their sole approved provider. Care package orders won't work through the deposit sites.

1. Go to a MoneyGram agent location and ask for the ExpressPayment form - you’ll be filling out the blue ExpressPayment service form for a JPay/MoneyGram cash payment.

If you’re using Western Union’s Send2Corrections, have your details ready before you start the transfer. Western Union requires the inmate’s name, the inmate’s account number, and the correctional facility to complete the transaction.
