How to Set Up Video Visits with Someone at Skyline Correctional Center
Video visits at Skyline start with one key step: getting approved first. Once you're on the person's visiting list, you can create a Securus account and schedule visits online.
To get approved for video visitation, you’ll need to fill out the Visitor Application AR 300-01A. Complete it fully, sign it, and return the finished form to the facility where the person is housed (Skyline Correctional Center).
The form alone isn't enough. You'll also need to submit a copy of your government-issued photo ID along with the application. Send both to the facility visiting office - they're the ones who process approval requests for video visits.
Once you're approved and on the inmate's visiting list, you can move to the online part: setting up your Securus account and scheduling a video visit. If you don't see scheduling options yet, approval probably hasn't gone through.
Securus Video Connect is web-based, so you can schedule and join from anywhere with internet access. Use the free Securus app, or connect from a computer or tablet - whatever works best for you.
Once your Securus account is ready, check the scheduler for available time slots. The calendar shows current openings for video sessions, so that's the fastest way to find a time that works.

A few minutes before your visit, get set up for a smooth connection. Use a strong internet signal and a device Securus supports - the free app, a computer, or a tablet all work.
Note: Video visits require prior approval through the facility visiting office. You must be on the inmate's approved visiting list before you can set up and schedule through Securus.
