To set up video visitation at Skyline Correctional Center, you'll need to complete a Visitor Application following Skyline's specific instructions. This puts you in the system for approval - without it, you can't move forward with video visits.

Include a copy of a valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID with your application. Double-check the address: the address on your ID needs to match the address you write on the Visitor Application, or your application may be denied.

Approval comes first. You must be listed as an approved visitor on the incarcerated person's visiting list before you can set up a video visiting account or schedule anything through Securus.

Securus Video Connect is the web-based system for video visits. Once you're approved, you can use the free Securus app or join from a computer or tablet to schedule and participate in sessions - anywhere you have internet access.

Before scheduling, make sure everyone who plans to be on camera is approved. Skyline requires you to be on the inmate's visiting list before you can schedule through Securus, and every person appearing on the video visit must be approved too. If someone joins who isn't on the list, the visit may be terminated or suspended.

Not on the phone or video lists yet? The incarcerated person needs to update their approved phone list by submitting changes through their assigned case manager. From your side, you can send a letter or a Securus eMessage asking them to add you.
