Access Securepak is the approved vendor for sending packages to incarcerated loved ones. You'll place your order at www.accesssecurepak.com.

  1. Create an account on the Access Securepak site so you can place an order.
  2. Open the agency product menu and shop from the items that are available through that program.
  3. Complete your order by checking out through the site.

To track an Access Securepak order, you'll need either the confirmation number from checkout or the incarcerated person's inmate number. Enter either one in the "Track Your Order" search on the site to pull up your order status.
