Videoconferences run Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The program prefers start times no later than one hour before closing, so late-afternoon slots can be tough to get - especially if you need a longer session.

  1. Choose a weekday time between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM - VTCs operate Monday through Friday within that window.
  2. Start at least an hour before closing when you can - conferences should commence no later than one hour prior to closing time whenever possible.
  3. Work backwards for the 48-hour fax deadline - remember the 48 hours excludes weekends and holidays, so a Monday request usually needs to be faxed earlier than you think.
