How to Order Commissary for an Inmate at Western Regional Jail (Oasis rules, limits, and schedule)

You don't have to wait for your loved one to request items from inside. Family and friends can order commissary directly through Oasis - things like hygiene products, snacks, and other everyday basics.

Outside orders are capped at $200 per week per inmate. That's the most they can receive from family and friends through Oasis in a given week.

Inmates can also place their own in-house canteen orders, up to $200 per week. So the $200 limit applies on both sides - what they order themselves and what they receive from outside.

Heads up: canteen orders aren't accepted on Mondays. If you're trying to make the weekly delivery window, plan to place your order earlier in the week.

Delivery timing: Canteen arrives on Wednesday, though the jail may take until Friday to distribute all orders.
