These are the windows you're working with, so pick the one you can reliably make with time to spare. Visiting hours run seven days a week. You're not limited to weekends, which makes it easier to plan around work schedules and family logistics. Just make sure you show up during one of the listed periods. If you're coordinating rides or childcare, think in terms of the whole block, not just the start time. Choose your time period first, then work backward so you're arriving early enough to be checked in and ready when that block begins.
