Setting Up Video Visits with Someone at California Correctional Center (CCC)

Securus handles all communications for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR). Video visits and other contact options run through their platform, so creating your Securus account is the right first step.

1. Choose where you will create your account: You can open a Securus account online or by using the Securus mobile app.

Securus also offers messaging features to stay connected between video calls. Depending on availability, you can send messages, photos, and eCards. These are helpful options when scheduling a live video session doesn't work out.
