How to Visit Facility

Before anything else, complete a one-time registration at JailATM.com. This is required before you can schedule any visitation.

The facility offers two types of visits: in-town video visitation and online visitation. Each has different limits. In-town visits are capped at two 30-minute sessions per week per inmate. Online visits have no limits on frequency or duration, so you can visit as often and as long as you'd like.

In-town video visitation hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (last visit starts at 7:30 p.m.), Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (last visit starts at 12:30 p.m.), and Sunday 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (last visit starts at 7:30 p.m.). Online visitation is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Heads up: Online visitation fees are inconsistent across sources. One lists $0.50 per minute, another shows $0. Verify the current rate before you start an online visit.

Steps to Follow

  • Complete the required one-time registration at JailATM.com before you try to visit.
  • Decide whether you’re doing an in-town video visit (limited) or an online visit (no stated limit on frequency or length).
  • If you’re visiting in-town, plan around the two 30-minute visits per week per inmate.
  • Use the posted in-town hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (last visit begins at 7:30 p.m.), Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (last visit begins at 12:30 p.m.), and Sunday 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (last visit begins at 7:30 p.m.).
  • If you’re visiting online, use the listed online hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
  • Expect that online video visits may have a per-minute fee.
  • Verify the current online visitation rate before your visit, because the posted information conflicts ($0.50 per minute in one place, $0 in another).
