Out-of-town visits need to be scheduled by phone through the Jail Front Office. Call and ask for Ext. 4, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Note: Jail lobby visitation hours run 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily, and the last visit starts at 7:30 PM.

You have two ways to add money to an inmate's commissary account: use the kiosk in the jail lobby, or deposit online through RegentPay.com. In town? The lobby kiosk is usually the easiest option. Farther away? Handle it online without making the trip.

If something goes wrong with a deposit - or you just want to talk to someone - call commissary customer service at 877-618-3516.

Juvenile visitation doesn't go through the jail front desk. Instead, contact the juvenile's assigned probation officer. They handle visitation approval and manage the approved visitor list.

Important: If a juvenile visit isn’t authorized by the juvenile probation officer, it won’t be permitted.

For online or video visits, start by registering at JailATM.com. It's a one-time setup. Once registered, you can visit at the jail without scheduling ahead, or book a web visit from anywhere.

Online video visitation runs daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. It costs $0.50 per minute, so plan your visit length before you start.
