How to Visit Facility

Video visitation runs through ICSolutions. When you create your account, select "Tehama County Jail, CA" as the agency so you're connected to the right facility. All visits are non-contact. Expect a video format rather than an in-person, face-to-face visit.

Before submitting a visitation request, check the schedule for the specific housing unit where your loved one is housed. Visitation days vary by unit, and requesting a day that doesn't match their unit's schedule will just slow things down.

1. Set up your ICSolutions video visitation account - During setup, select “Tehama County Jail, CA” as the agency.
2. Confirm the housing-unit schedule - Check which visitation days apply to the inmate’s housing unit before you request a visit.
3. Submit your visit request for an eligible day - Once you have the right agency selected and the right day confirmed for the housing unit, you can move forward with requesting the visit.

• ✓ Inmates are allowed one 30-minute visit twice weekly.
• ✓ Inmate workers may receive one 60-minute visit twice weekly, if time and space is available.
• ✓ All visits are non-contact.

Legal and confidential visits are a separate category. Attorneys, probation/parole officers, medical or mental health staff, and approved clergy can schedule unlimited visits seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. If you need to set up one of these visits, confirm what the facility considers "authorized" and what steps are required so the visit is classified as legal or confidential rather than a regular friend-and-family visit.
