How to Visit Facility
Visiting is easier when you know your registration options and how scheduling works. Here's what to do for on-site video visits in the lobby and remote video visits through iWebVisit.
There are two ways to register for visitation. The first is in person at the facility's Visitation Lobby. You'll need a valid government-issued photo ID showing a current photo and your date of birth, and you must be over 18 to use this method. Bringing someone under 18? Plan ahead. Any minor who visits must be accompanied by a documented legal guardian. The Detention Center offers on-site video visits using terminals in the facility lobby. There's also remote video visitation through iWebVisit, which provides expanded remote visiting hours and frequency with seven-day availability.
Note: You can register online in advance at iWebVisit.com. Remote video visitation offers broader access with seven-day availability.
On-site visits can be scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, depending on where the inmate is housed. Want to visit the same day? Call at 8:30 AM to schedule.
Steps to Follow
- ✓ Go to the facility’s Visitation Lobby to register.
- ✓ Bring a valid government-issued photo ID with a current photo and your date of birth.
- ✓ Make sure you are over 18 if you are registering via the lobby method.
- ✓ Create an account and register in advance online at iWebVisit.com.
- ✓ Consider remote video visitation through iWebVisit if you need expanded availability (it is intended to offer increased remote visiting hours and frequency with seven-day availability).
- Pick the type of on-site visit you’re trying to schedule - on-site visits can be scheduled Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, depending on where the inmate is housed.
- Schedule ahead during the scheduling window - call Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM (housing location can affect what’s available).
- For a same-day on-site visit, call early - call at 8:30 AM on the day you want to visit to schedule it for that day.
Before you plan around remote visits, confirm that online registration through iWebVisit.com is currently available and that remote video visitation is still operating with seven-day availability and expanded hours. Remote programs can change based on operational needs, and a quick check can save you a wasted trip.
- ✓ Confirm the current on-site scheduling hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and whether your loved one’s housing location affects scheduling.
- ✓ Confirm the exact same-day scheduling procedure, including that you should call at 8:30 AM on the day you want to visit.
- ✓ Confirm that on-site video visits are still conducted on video terminals located in the facility lobby.
Note: ID and eligibility issues can stop a visit before it starts. Make sure your government-issued photo ID is valid. If a minor is visiting, the documented legal guardian must be present.
