How to Schedule a Face-to-Face Visit at Travis County Correctional Complex (TCCC)

To schedule a face-to-face visit at Travis County Correctional Complex (TCCC), use ViaPath Technologies Travis County Visitation Scheduling. Visits must be booked at least 24 hours in advance - no exceptions. If you're hoping to visit sooner, you'll need to pick a later time slot that meets the 24-hour minimum.

Onsite visitation at TCCC - including face-to-face visits and kiosk video visits - runs Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. County holidays are the exception; onsite visitation closes entirely. If your visit falls near a holiday, double-check the schedule so you're not caught off guard.

1. Pick a time that’s at least 24 hours out - Face-to-face visits must be scheduled in advance, so choose a slot you can realistically make.
2. Plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early - Give yourself enough time to get checked in without feeling rushed.
3. Treat the 15-minute cutoff as a hard deadline - Check-in ends 15 minutes before the visit starts, and late check-ins are not accepted.

TCCC allows two visits per week total. That limit combines face-to-face visits and onsite kiosk video visits - so if you've already used a kiosk visit that week, it counts toward the same cap.
