SecurePak at Travis County Jail: How Gift Packages Work and What Families Need to Know
Want to send food or care items to someone at Travis County? SecurePak is one of your main options. Here's how it works, how to order, and the one rule that can block delivery.
People in custody at Travis County can get commissary items two ways. They can buy from kiosks inside the facility, or you can send them a SecurePak gift package from the outside.
Here's something useful: SecurePak orders don't count toward the inmate's weekly commissary limit. So you can send a package without eating into what they're allowed to buy from the kiosk.
You can place a SecurePak order online at www.accesssecurepak.com or by phone at 800-546-6283. If you’re ordering for the first time, having the inmate’s details ready (full name and booking ID) will make the process go much faster.

- ✓ Prepaid card (must be able to assign a valid U.S. address to the cardholder)

If you prefer ordering by phone, the automated system is available 24/7. Customer service hours are Monday–Friday 7:30 am–11:00 pm CST and Saturday 10:00 am–4:00 pm CST.
Travis County limits SecurePak purchases to $100 total per inmate each week. If you’re trying to send more than that, you’ll need to split it across different weeks.
Delivery takes time. Expect 10–14 days after the order processes before it reaches them. Plan ahead if you're sending something for a birthday or holiday.
Debt hold: An inmate cannot receive a SecurePak if there is a debt balance on their Inmate Trust Fund account.
