- Book early enough to meet the 15-hour rule - Submit your request no later than 15 hours before the visit you want.
The GTL scheduler is also where you handle changes. Schedule a new visit, then come back later to modify or cancel an upcoming reservation. This keeps everything in one place, which helps if multiple family members are visiting.
Cancellation warning: If you cannot make a scheduled visit, cancel at least 48 hours ahead of time. If you do not, that visit will still count toward the inmate’s monthly visit total.
