Treutlen PDC uses Securus for inmate phone calls. To receive calls, set up a Securus account—pre-paid, collect, or direct-bill—online or by calling 1-800-844-6591. Pre-paid collect account deposits are capped at $200.00 per deposit. Offenders can also fund calls by transferring money from their trust accounts to a Securus debit calling account in $1 increments. Each call is limited to 25 minutes. All calls may be monitored and recorded, and they can only go to numbers on the offender's Call Allow List. Call forwarding and three-way calling aren't allowed, so make sure your account is set up and verified before expecting calls.

Visiting at Treutlen PDC is a two-step process. First, you get approved as a visitor by submitting the Visitation Request Form to the facility where your loved one is housed. Then you schedule your actual visit through the Georgia Department of Corrections
Every change starts the same way: pull up your existing visit in the Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) visitation system. Find your scheduled visitation record, and from there you can either add an approved person to that visit or cancel it altogether.
