How to Schedule a Video Visit at Northwest Regional Corrections Center (NWRCC)

Before booking, get the basics ready. You'll need a free VideoVisitAnywhere/Securus visitation account, and you'll submit a photo plus a government-issued photo ID for facility approval (the ID must include your date of birth). For at-home visits, you'll also need a device that can handle the call - either the free Securus Visitation mobile app on a phone or tablet, or a computer with a webcam and high-speed internet.

1. Create your free visitation account - Use the VideoVisitAnywhere/Securus visitation platform (you can also start from the free Securus Visitation mobile app).
2. Upload your visitor photo - This is part of the visitor verification process.
3. Submit a government-issued photo ID - Your ID is required for facility approval before you’ll be able to schedule visits.
4. Wait for approval - Once the facility approves you as a visitor, scheduling options will open up in your account.

Inside your visitation account, request access specifically for Northwest Regional Corrections Center. Jail staff will review your request - you can't schedule anything until that approval goes through. Once approved, you can book both on-site and at-home video visits through the same account.

At NWRCC, every visit - on-site or at-home - must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Start times are fixed and can't be adjusted, so pick a slot you can reliably make.

The main differences come down to how often you can visit and when. On-site visits are limited to two 20-minute sessions per inmate per day, available only on weekdays: Monday through Friday from 8:00–9:00 a.m., 9:40–10:40 a.m., and 1:00–4:00 p.m. No on-site visiting on weekends or holidays. At-home visits work differently - inmates can receive unlimited remote visits, and you can schedule any day of the week from 7:00 a.m. to 9:20 p.m. (though times may vary due to jail lockdowns).
