Visitation at Tryell Work Farm is appointment-only—call or email the prison to set up a visit time. Your visitor application must be completed and approved before you can visit, and each offender can have up to 18 approved visitors (adults and minors) on their list. If you're 16 or older, attach an approved picture ID to your application. Expect pat/frisk and electronic device searches at check-in. Leave smart devices at home: cell phones, smartwatches, cameras, recording devices, and smart/AI glasses are all prohibited and considered contraband. Box 247, Phoenix, MD 21131) and include the offender's name, OPUS number, and full prison name exactly as required—mail that doesn't follow this format gets returned. Want the original back? Email TextBehind (info@textbehind.com) within 30 days and pay a $2.50 return fee. After 30 days, originals are destroyed. Packages and publications go to the prison's street address, not TextBehind. Religious correspondence courses and sacred texts must come directly from the vendor, school, or religious institution.
