How to Send Money to Someone at Tulsa County Jail (DLMCJC): Kiosk, Online, and Mail Options

Tulsa County Jail (DLMCJC) tracks all inmate money through a trust fund account. Any cash someone has at booking gets deposited there automatically. Money you add later - via kiosk, online, or mail - goes to the same place.

DLMCJC has kiosks in the front lobby for in-person deposits. If you're already at the facility, this is the most straightforward option.

DLMCJC accepts online deposits through two services: JailATM.com and CSGpay.com. Both let you add money to an inmate's trust account without visiting the jail. Double-check the vendor's instructions before submitting. Fees and processing times vary, and the details you enter - especially the inmate's identifying information - determine whether the deposit posts correctly.
