Miami-Dade Corrections & Rehabilitation (MDCR) uses remote video visitation as its standard way to connect visitors with inmates. If you're trying to get in touch with someone, video visitation is your main option. Attorneys have a separate registration process (more on that below).

If you're an attorney, you'll need to complete the Attorney Application for Remote Video Visitation and set up an account with Global Tel*Link (GTL). Both steps are required before you can be approved for remote video visits.
