How to Schedule Your First Visit to Two Rivers Using ICSolutions (step-by-step)

Scheduling your first visit might seem complicated, but the system is actually pretty simple once you get the hang of it. Two Rivers uses ICSolutions for visit scheduling — you'll set everything up online before you go.

How to Schedule Your First Visit to Two Rivers Using ICSolutions (step-by-step)

Starting December 1, 2025, Oregon DOC visitors must schedule visits through the ICSolutions Corrections website. This applies to all DOC institutions, including Two Rivers. Walk-ins aren't allowed - every visit needs to be booked online ahead of time, following the same basic process as video visitation scheduling.

Heads up: Scheduling online doesn't guarantee entry. If you're not on the adult in custody's approved visitors list, the institution will deny your visit.

  1. Log in to your ICSolutions account - once you’re signed in, open the drop-down under “What would you like to do?” and choose “Schedule Visit” to start the scheduling process.

After logging in, head to the "What would you like to do?" drop-down and select "Schedule Visit." From there, you'll pick the facility, choose an available date and time, and finish booking.

You'll choose between two options: onsite or offsite video visitation. Onsite visits happen at the facility - you'll need a confirmation code to log in at their video station. Offsite visits let you connect remotely from home, but they come with a fee. The cost varies by facility, so check the price during booking.

Reminder: All visits require advance scheduling. For offsite visits, the fee is charged to your ICSolutions account when you book - not after.

For onsite video visits, you'll enter a confirmation code at the facility's video station to start your session. Your code is your ICSolutions account phone number followed by the 4-digit PIN you created during registration.

Offsite visits cost money, and you're charged when you schedule - not afterward. Fees vary by facility, so double-check the price shown for Two Rivers before confirming your booking.
