Starting Dec 1, 2025: How Oregon's New Visit Scheduling System Works
Starting December 1, 2025, Oregon DOC is changing how in-person visits get booked. You'll need to schedule ahead through IC Solutions Corrections—no more showing up and hoping for an open slot.
Starting December 1, 2025, all in-person visits must be scheduled through the IC Solutions Corrections website. Walk-ins are no longer an option. The booking process works the same way as scheduling a video visit - if you've done that before, this will feel familiar.
You'll book through the IC Solutions Corrections website. The process mirrors video visitation scheduling, so if you've used that system before, you'll know what to expect. The main thing: plan ahead and lock in your visit time online before you make the trip.
Help line: If you have trouble scheduling through IC Solutions Corrections, call ICS Corrections at (888) 646-9437.
Before you schedule anything, confirm you're on the adult in custody's (AIC's) approved visitors list. The online system might let you book even if your approval isn't finalized - but you can still be turned away at the door. If you're unsure, check with your incarcerated loved one to make sure your visiting status is current.
- ✓ Email your visiting application to DOC.Visitors@doc.oregon.gov
- ✓ Fax your visiting application to (503) 373-1173
Before you head out: Check the Oregon DOC Visiting Alerts Calendar first - visiting cancellations can be planned or happen at the last minute.
- Call ICS Corrections support - Use (888) 646-9437 if you’re having trouble scheduling through the IC Solutions Corrections system.
If vendor support can't fix the issue, your next step is DOC Visiting Services. Email DOC.Visitors@doc.oregon.gov or fax materials to (503) 373-1173. This is especially helpful if you're not showing as approved in the system or need to submit (or resubmit) your visiting application.
