Sending Money, Buying Commissary, and Alternatives to Care Packages at Volusia County

Volusia County uses Access Securepak for commissary items and care-package style purchases. Place an order at www.flcountypackages.com or call 1-800-546-6283. Can't mail a box of snacks or toiletries yourself? This vendor option is the approved way to get those items to your loved one.

Adding money by card? Expect extra costs. Access Corrections, the facility's third-party vendor, charges service fees on credit and debit card deposits. The amount that lands in the inmate's account will be less than what you pay, so factor that fee into your total.
