Securus remote video visits run for 60 minutes and cost $10.00. Since it’s a paid, timed session, treat it like an appointment: be ready to start on time so you don’t lose minutes.

Securus allows one remote video visit per month. If you're trying to schedule and nothing shows up, check whether you've already used that month's slot.

1. Go to the vendor website - kiosk-based Remote Video Visits must be scheduled through the vendor website.
2. Follow the vendor’s scheduling prompts - select the Remote Video Visit option and complete the booking steps shown.
3. Save your confirmation details - keep whatever confirmation information the vendor provides so you can reference it if there’s a problem later.

Kiosk-based Remote Video Visits are available once per month, for up to 60 minutes. If your loved one qualifies for contact or general visits, this kiosk option is available on top of those - a good backup when travel or timing makes in-person visits tough.
