Visiting Someone at Walla Walla County Jail: Age, ID, and Who Can’t Visit

Most denied visits come down to a few basic eligibility rules. Here's what Walla Walla County Jail requires for age, ID, and who isn't allowed to visit.

To visit someone at Walla Walla County Jail, you must be 18 or older. If you’re not yet 18, you can still be allowed to visit, but you’ll need to follow the minor-visitor rules below so you don’t get turned away at the door.

Bring valid identification. You'll be asked for it at check-in, and showing up without ID means you likely won't get in.

Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Bringing a child or teen? Make sure the required adult is there with them.

Anyone on active supervision with the Washington Department of Corrections cannot visit. If that applies to you, your visit will be denied.

Walla Walla County directs visitors to Securustech for scheduling and communication. Use it to add money to a phone account, schedule a visit, or send an e-message. For remote visits, the facility uses Securus Video Connect. You'll schedule and join video sessions through Securus via their website or app.

Tip: Need to schedule a visit, add phone funds, or send an e-message? Start with Securus/Securustech - it's where the county directs you, and it'll save you time.
