You can buy resident phone cards for juveniles online through Reliance Telephone. Once you purchase a card, you'll receive a calling-card PIN. That PIN is what the youth needs to place calls.
Juvenile phone cards come in two amounts: $10 and $20. Decide how much you want to add before you buy.
No refunds: Juvenile detention calling cards are not refundable. Double-check you are buying the right thing before you submit your order.

- Get the calling-card PIN from your purchase confirmation or receipt.
- Provide the PIN to Juvenile Detention by dropping it off or phoning it in, so the youth can use it.
