How to Send Money to Facility

You can buy resident phone cards for juveniles online through Reliance Telephone. Once you purchase a card, you'll receive a calling-card PIN. That PIN is what the youth needs to place calls.

Juvenile phone cards come in two amounts: $10 and $20. Decide how much you want to add before you buy.

No refunds: Juvenile detention calling cards are not refundable. Double-check you are buying the right thing before you submit your order.

How to Send Money to Facility
  1. Buy a juvenile phone card online at Reliance Telephone’s website.
  2. Get the calling-card PIN from your purchase confirmation or receipt.
  3. Provide the PIN to Juvenile Detention by dropping it off or phoning it in, so the youth can use it.
  • $10 card
  • $20 card

Procedures can change, so call ahead before buying. Confirm that Juvenile Detention is currently accepting calling-card PINs, and ask whether they prefer you to drop the PIN off in person or phone it in.

Before you pay: Since no refunds are made for these calling cards, confirm the policy and whether there are any exceptions.

Before you purchase, verify the Reliance Telephone site is still selling juvenile resident phone cards and that the $10 and $20 options are available.
