Union Supply is the approved vendor for sending food packages to inmates at Ware State Prison. The Georgia Department of Corrections (GDC) authorizes them to process orders and deliver approved food items to people incarcerated at State Prisons, including Ware State.

Every order includes a $2.95 shipping and handling fee. This charge is non-refundable.

For Ware State Prison, GDC caps packages at $100 or 15 lbs. - whichever limit you hit first. So if your order reaches $100 before it weighs 15 lbs., that's your cutoff (and vice versa).

Ordering for someone at a Probation Detention Center (PDC) instead? The limits are lower: $50 per offender or 7 lbs. per package, whichever comes first.

Pay close attention to program deadlines. Orders received after the cutoff won't be accepted - so don't wait until the last minute.

Placing multiple orders for the same person? They'll be combined into one package. The consolidated package still can't exceed GDC's limits ($100 or 15 lbs.), so splitting orders won't get around the cap.
