How to Request Records from Oregon Corrections Enterprises (OCE)

This process applies when the records you're looking for are held by Oregon Corrections Enterprises (OCE), like records connected to OCE programs or work. OCE requires all public records requests in writing, submitted through their Public Records Request Form.

Start with the official OCE Public Records Request Form. The process is form-based, so you can't submit a request any other way.

• ✓ A clear, detailed description of the records you are requesting
• ✓ The date you need the records by (if you have a deadline)
• ✓ Any extra context that helps staff locate the right records (for example, names, date ranges, or program/work details)

Once you submit your form, allow up to five business days for an initial response. This first reply will acknowledge your request and explain next steps.
