How to Find Out If Someone Is in Washington County Jail Right Now
Washington County publishes an inmate roster as a PDF. When you open it, check the header first - it should say

Scan the roster for the person's name, or use your PDF reader's search function to speed things up. The roster is organized into columns: Last Name, First Name, JID #, Booking Date, Booking#, and Release Est. If you find a potential match - especially with a common last name - cross-reference those other columns to make sure you've got the right person.
