Every order includes a non-refundable $2.95 shipping and handling fee. Multiple orders can be consolidated into one package as long as they stay within program limits. Limits vary by facility type: State Prisons and ITFs cap at $100 per offender or 15 lbs per package, while Probation Detention Centers cap at $50 per offender or 7 lbs. Orders received after the program deadline won't be accepted.
