How to send messages, photos, and packages
Send mail through the U.S. Postal Service to Waupaca County Jail, 1402 E. Royalton Street, Waupaca, WI 54981, and include a complete return address. All incoming mail gets inspected. Items with drawings, stickers, heavy perfume, musical or homemade cards, internet postings, clippings, or retail packages may be refused, returned, or placed in the inmate's property bag.
